 Introduction


Version 2 of our platform brings a host of new features and improvements to enhance your social media management experience. This documentation highlights the key enhancements you can explore.

Viewing Social Media Feeds


To view your social media timelines directly on the platform, follow these steps after login:

1. Navigate to "Feed": Click on "Feed" at the top of the page.

2. Select Platform: Choose the social media platform whose feed you'd like to access. You can choose from platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube etc.

3. Choose Page: Select the specific page from the chosen platform that you want to view the timeline for.

4. Explore Timeline: You can now view your posts, comments, and likes on your selected page's timeline. Interact with the posts directly from within our platform.

Note: Currently, this feature is not available for X (Previously Twitter).

 Adding TikTok and Pinterest to Your Account


To include TikTok and Pinterest in your social media lineup, follow these steps:

1. Navigate to "Connect Social Media Account": Click on "Connect Social Media Account" at the top of the page.

2. Select the platform: Choose "TikTok" or "Pinterest" from the list of available social media platforms.

3. Connect : Click on "Connect your TikTok account" or "Connect your Pinterest account" . This will redirect you to the TikTok  or Pinterest login page, where you can connect your TikTok or Pinterest account respectively.



Now, you can post on TikTok  and Pinterest and engage with your audience directly on our platform.

Accessing Analytics and Reports


To access analytics and reports for your social media presence, campaigns, and posts, follow these steps:

1. Navigate to "Reports and Analytics": Click on "Reports and Analytics" on the left-side navigation bar.

2. View Insights: Explore the analytics and insights regarding the performance of your posts, campaigns, and overall presence on various social media platforms.

3. Export and Share: You can export these insights and share them with your social media management team or stakeholders.
