Delete Account

We understand that you may want to delete your account on our Social Media Management Platform. Deleting your account will result in the removal of certain data while some data will be retained for a specific duration. Here are the details:

Data We Delete

• All your attached social media profiles will be permanently deleted.
• The access keys/tokens generated for your social media accounts will be deleted.
• All licenses provided to you will be deleted.

Data We Retain

• The users added by you will remain in our system, but any association with your account will be removed.
• We will retain your subscription data, but if you decide to come back, you will need to get a new subscription.
• We will keep your account data for 90 days before permanently deleting it from our system.

Requesting Account Deletion

To delete your account, on the dashboard, click on the profile icon on the top right corner of the screen.

From the drop-down menu, select the My Profile option.

Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on the Delete Account button.

You will be prompted to enter your password to confirm the deletion.

That`s it! Your account will be deleted within 72 hours. However, you loose access to your account immediately.

If you change your mind within 48 hours, you can simply mail us at support.sand-social.com, and we might help restore your account if no data has been deleted.
